This workshop is an invitation to hold the hand of our own heart, to be present for our own emotions, as they come, as they move inside and through us. To dive into those deepest chambers of our heart. As we get to know more our own heart and all its emotions and dances, as we learn to be comfortable with uncomfortable, we are able to be more present and hold the hand of each other’s heart.

Silvija Tomčik (Zagreb) is the first Croatian 5Rhythms teacher (Waves certification in 2001, Heartbeat certification in 2010, accredited by the 5RTA) who brought this practice to Croatia and neighbouring countries. Silvija has been teaching 5Rhythms regularly both nationally and internationally for the last 16 years. She is part of the teaching staff at the current 5Rhythms Teacher Training. Silvija is a clear and soft, grounded and passionate, experienced and committed teacher.
