5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation practice - a map to reconnect with an innate spectrum of body expression. There are no steps to follow in this improvisational movement methodology. Instead, we show up, tune in and move what is alive in us. This dance is the dance of remembering. Of returning. Of allowing something deeper to move us.

Let’s tap in to this messy marvel of life. Let’s get down, kick it, soul seek, sweat induce, dance dive, bust a move and meditate our muscles. Let’s discover what holds us back and what calls us towards more embodied living.

COVID POLICY

We will review our COVID risk mitigation policies one month prior to our workshop. At this point, these are the measures we plan to have in place:

-in studio capacity limit
-in studio ventilation
-masks welcome, not required

We request that you minimize exposure to viruses before this gathering. If you have come into contact with anyone who is sick, please test yourself before arriving, and please let us know. We expect any dancers experiencing cold/flu symptoms to stay home to care for themselves, and the rest of the group.

REFUND POLICY:
A refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued if notice is received by Mar 15, 2023.
A refund, less a $150 processing fee, will be issued if notice is received by Mar 31, 2023.
No refund will be issued for cancellations after Mar 31, 2023.
(a 75% refund MAY be issued if the workshop is at capacity, and a replacement is registered)

*If you cancel your place in the workshop at any time due to testing positive for COVID, or a known exposure to COVID, then we will offer you a refund for your workshop fees less a $50 processing fee.
