We are excited to bring you CCNM's first 5Rhythms ecstatic dance class of 2015! This is a conscious dance/moving meditation event for students currently enrolled at CCNM. Together we will create a safe space for intuitive and body-centred self expression. This is a chance for CCNM students to drop out of your heads and be present in your bodies. To shake it all out before midterms!

Come follow body, breath, and beat into dynamic moving meditation with a tribe of other dancing souls. Come access the medicine of putting feet, hips, head, hands, and heart into motion. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring water. This is a sober dance event, we dance silently, and we dance barefoot. Come and be yourself, come and dance your dance!

We will be dancing in the multi-purpose room (MPR) beginning at 7pm. $5 minimum donation.
